At Elite Rides, we are committed to providing a reliable and professional chauffeur service. As our services are time-based and scheduled in advance, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the policy below.

Cancellations

We understand that plans may change. Cancellation requests must be made within the following timeframes:

More than 24 hours before booking:
Full cancellation with no charge.
12–24 hours before booking:
50% of the booking fee may be charged.
Less than 12 hours before booking:
Full booking fee may be charged.

Refunds

Refunds are processed based on the cancellation terms above:

Approved refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
No-Shows

If a client fails to arrive at the agreed pickup location and time without notice:

The booking will be considered a no-show
The full booking fee will be charged
Service Delays & Changes

Elite Rides strives to always be on time. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances:

Clients will be notified as soon as possible
Alternative arrangements will be made where applicable

Secure & Specialised Bookings

For services involving long-distance travel, full-day bookings, or security services:

A deposit may be required
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the nature of the booking
